I have always run Metzlers on my BMW M/Cs and all absolutly great, now I have Bridgestones on my 335xi the turbos don’t seem to bother them at all. Great handling.

The Octavia is still on the original tyres ! The replacement is on order so it will leave us with them Michelin.

I have a friend who teaches people to fly light aircraft, he has a Honda Accord with over 100,000 miles on the rear tyres, he puts it down to his flying training with the emphasis on anticipation and avoiding harsh braking.

Does he also rotate his tires on a regular basis?

Sorry to sound negative but i wouldn’t even put Dunlop on my car never mind Falkens.

Tyre’s to me are all about safety & i won’t compromise.
Pirelli or Firestone for me although i’m not thst keen on the latter but they do

I’m 55 years old and. ever once had a tyre with kerbside protection then again i don’t hit kerbs.

Had the car for just over 5 years now and not had a problem with the Dunlops.

I had had Firestones on the previous car and they were brilliant. At £50ish per tyre a bargain as well.

I have always been told that the front tires on a front wheel drive car carry more weight of the car than the rear and supply more of the breaking power to the car than the rear tires do. To keep even wear on the tires you rotate them at regular intervals as the fronts wear faster. I do this but have never gotten 100,000 miles out of a set of 4 tires. Mind you I am not the world's smoothest driver but probably average in that respect.

I’ve Continentals on all three cars, both summer and winter tyres. They’ve performed very well. Each car is quite different: Audi Q5 SUV, Audi S5 Coupe and BMW Z4.

I recently bought a new BMW which had Hankook
tyres.
I have to say i was hugely disappointed but all BMW’s are using Hankook or they certainly all have them in this showroom.
i haven’t done a lot of milage yet but the reviews seem pretty positive
