First shave from last week
Prep: Cold Water
Brush: Kent BLK12
Soap: CRSW Limenthol
Razor: Timeless .95 OC Pineapple (Polsilver)
Post: Alum, Extra Lather, Witch Hazel, L'Occitane Cedrat Balm
Fragrance: L'Occitane Cedrat
It's 27° here which is roughly 17° higher than the annual average. Scorchio! Thought this would be a good time for a cold water shave and some mentholated soap.
First try of the Timeless and off the bat I think we have a winner. The audible feedback is great and it cuts in a really pleasant and efficient manner. It's solidly built to seemingly very tight tolerances and the finish is flawless as far as I can tell. I don't want to get overly excited off one shave so we'll see what it's next outing brings.

Second use of the Timeless and this time I tried a Feather. It certainly seemed to provide a much closer shave than the Polsilver, however it caused some irritation. So, back to the drawing board. Going to try a Rapira Swedish Supersteel next.
Even though it wasn't the most comfortable shave the Timeless just seems very easy to use. It feels very efficient yet at the same time concentration doesn't have to be heightened to use it. Impressed so far.

Fragrance: L'Occitane Ambre & Santal
I think we've found a winner. The Rapira provided the perfect balance between efficiency and comfort. No irritation and totally BBS. Totally enabled on the Timeless and it's only a matter of time before I pick one of my own up. It's a great, almost effortless razor. One more shave and I should be ready to pass this on

Final shave with the Timeless and I wanted to see if it could handle some serious growth without any prep. The bottom line is it can. And with considerable ease. It really is a fantastic razor and I'm looking forward to purchasing one of my own.

Looks like this razor has taken some scalps for the mantelpiece!
Noticed comments about the 2nd and 3rd shaves, not being as smooth as the first. The OC (0.95mm) does provide a close finish and if being used as a daily driver I would suggest 2 passes (it is efficient enough IMO, YMMV) and more importantly a super light touch, the audio feedback is the best guide even with a very light touch.
