Hmm.. wonder who makes Ingrams & Erasmic then? On the current Erasmic tube it just says 'Made in EU'.

If not the UK, I would take a punt on Bulgaria being the favourite as it has an established cream manufacturing industry and costs are low (Supermax is made there as an example).Hmm.. wonder who makes Ingrams & Erasmic then? On the current Erasmic tube it just says 'Made in EU'.

There are a dozen or so smaller UK makers (smaller than Colgate, etc) & it could be any of them. Lornamead own Ingram's but have not moved production so far.
Bulgaria is very likely for the Erasmic. Amber house bought the formulae from Keyline & for some reason moved production, as the last previous batches were UK made.
Although Swallowfield bought RSC they have discontinued the Classic range & I'm not sure if they offer a lather cream either. The Traditional was always foaming, but brushless, & I have not tried the sensitive in this new range.

I don't care who makes them, they're all solid performers.
This kind of thing goes on in all industries. If you went to Wickes, B&Q and homebase and bought yourself their own branded double sockets, you'd find they were all manufactured by GET. That company has been bought out by Schneider and they make all wiring accessories for the large electrical wholesalers own brands.
