Look through Etsy this little project came up, now I need to get some bits, easy enough to knock together.
10 minute job that pal. If you don't want to solder the joints you can glue them easily enough.View attachment 84374

If I was at work I could even nip down stairs to the workshop and knock one up. Doesn’t look like this has been soldered. I can solder copper pipe to a good level but I’d still glue it.10 minute job that pal. If you don't want to solder the joints you can glue them easily enough.
They want £23.50 for one ! Lol that’s only a couple of quid tops !10 minute job that pal. If you don't want to solder the joints you can glue them easily enough.
Forgive the technical drawing skills, or lack of, you should get the drift. The cost is understandable, you have to get the parts, make it up, package it, take it to the PO sit biting your nails waiting for the almost inevitable "It hasn't come I want my money back" email and all that stuff. It's why £3.00 worth of shaving soap costs £30 a tub.

Wayne and steampunk,... who knew?I came across these homemade Steampunk lamps made from black Iron pipe on the internet by accident. I thought, I can make one of them.
I didn't fancy all the gate valves and dials that some have so knocked up this simple one. It has two Eddison Lamps in a vintage style which really helps with the vintage look. Some screw these down to a piece of stained wood. I'm going to get an old leather book, cut out the inside and fit a piece of wood inside then screw it to the book. I like them. Something different and easy to make and wire up. Have a look online loads of really intricate, wild and wacky ones on there. But all in all not a bad 1st effort.

All put together using the “x dimensions “ ?If you don't use a backplate for the base you can use 3 equal T's and 4, 90 deg bends. you won't have to buy anything then and it'll look just as nice.
If you replace something you don't like anymore with something you do then it's no problem pal. One in, one out.Wayne and steampunk,... who knew?
Looks good my friend. I've been tempted to do similar things, but I need to get rid of stuff, not make more.
That's always the plan, but somehow it just doesn't happen. If you replace something you don't like anymore with something you do then it's no problem pal. One in, one out.
