I like it, it won't bump the Athena Ti off the throne for me, but it is a welcome addition, and I am very pleased so far.

Razor/Blade:- iKon B1 Standard with Bulldog Handle / Gillette Stainless (red & white) #7
Post/After-shave:- T.N. Dickinson Witch Hazel Astringent mixed into the 240ml bottle with Plunkett's Vita E Pure with Rosehip Oil (10 drops), Natural Plant Glycerine (20) & Tea Tree Oil Antiseptic (5)

That was a crackin' shave all round.
3 full passes for a very comfortable BBS finish, the Hone, for all its weight is a really nice shaver.

A rather pleasant Shave today, with what IMHO is one of the nicest looking short handled Schick Razors.When fitted with a Japanese blade it delivers a most smooth and comfortable Shave, and a great close all round finish.

Hi @Levi. How do you find the A&E shaving cream?. I‘m a fan of their Kaizen line, still testing their Ultima line only tried it the once so far but seems to need more water than Kaizen. I know their creams are more in line with their budget range.

Following Jean paul gaultier Scandal edp.
Today's shave was with Tatara's first offering in the SE shaving world, the Amakuni.
I did have reservations about this razor when I first laid eyes on it but let me assure everyone that this is a superb bit of kit and a great addition to anyone's Den.
Tatara definitely know how to make quality, in build and performance razors.
It gave me a fabulous face and head shave with the help of Mike's natural soap.
I used the Saponificio method this time and it produced a much better creamy lather, I think I will apply the method with all my hard soaps going forward.
a solid 9/10 shave.
