Always a pleasant Shave with this Razor, but note that average good blade life seems to be around 5/6 for me. Maybe try a different blade next time out.

A new Feather Pro today in the Feather folder, not something i usually do, however, there you go. Yes, It felt a bit harsh!
A 2 pass shave routine for an easy, if not comfortable BBS.
The post shave routine was nice enough, some indication from the Alum rub and Pinaud splash, other than that, all good.
Enjoy your day all.

My Shave today consisted of...
Prep Hot shower.
Brush Blackland Signature synthetic.
Towel Blackland.
Fine mist sprayer.
Soap Zingari man Mousse Iluminee.
Razor Blackland Osprey Titanium.
Blade Nacet (1).
Post Zingari man Mousse Iluminee splash.
Aftershave Mousse Iluminee Rogue edt.

All my top tier gear came out to play today for my first shave shave with my new Osprey.
I applied the fine mist sprayer (more on this in a few days) on my face and set it to work, creating a rich creamy gorgeous smelling lather.
I have been thinking about what setting to try first all day and settled on number 4.
It has to shave 1 days facial hair, and I have 3 days of head hair to take off.
As soon as I did my first stroke across my cheek, I knew I had a winner on my hands.
No blade feel at all and completely butter smooth cutting, no sound at all, and that's probably down to the entire blade being clamped down, and I mean all of it is clamped.
I did a two pass shave and am left with a completely mirror smooth finish wowzers.

With my head the Osprey struggled to clear the hair at setting 4, I think the blade gap was just too small for the thickness and length, so I adjusted the setting to number 6.
Now I could feel the blade on my skin and it demolished my hair as if it was nothing, it left me with the closet head shave I have had in a long time but to be fair I don't usually leave it so long to shave and the skin feeling is probably more to do with that.
Tomorrow will tell when I shave it again but on setting 5 whilst I have a play to find my sweet spot.
I know I coo a lot over my razors and this is new so there is a honeymoon period to get through but if it shaves this well on my first shave then things can only get better.

I now am mirror smooth all over and smell like Heaven.
Enjoy your night everyone.
