My Shave today consisted of...
Prep Hot shower.
Brush Cyclotrade X Synthetic.
Soap Palmolive Tallow stick.
Razor OneBlade Genesis.
Blade FHS-10 (2).
Post shave Boots Freshwood Balm.
Aftershave Czech and Speake no88.

A nice and simple shave tonight.
The OneBlade Genesis once again delivered a two pass bbs shave, I think the blade will be done on the third shave but that's OK as I sling my DE blades after 3 uses.
I have mixed feelings about the Palmolive shaving stick, no scent to speak off but it did produce a good lather but tbh I have better.
I think it really needs to be in a tub so I can create it with my brush better, I might keep a stick just to say I have it and sell the rest on, I will see.
The No88 scent has really started to grow on me and a splurge might be in order if it comes up in the November sales.

I've had this Hampshire Wool Fat soap for a few years. It still produces a top tier lather.
It's retained It's scent, and hasn't dried or shrunken at all.

Hot shower prep with Axe 3 in 1 wash

Captain's Choice made a good start even though I got the first pass a little thick. I did the first pass with the blade in the razor. Apparently it's easier to nick yourself with a dull blade. I changed to a fresh blade for the second pass. I picked up a little irritation and the Old Spice bit when I slapped it on. :heat:

A forced cold water shave this morning, somehow water has got into the internals of the boiler so it has "blown" its circuits, i am now trying to get in contact with our usual engineer, Ah well.
I actually really enjoyed the shave with the Tech, i wonder what all the lads who find these razors mild would've used in the 40's - 50s? Probably have bushy chins.
3 passes for a very comfortable BBS finish.
