Treated myself to a blade change today, and used a guarded blade for a change,having used one in my Travel Razor recently.Personally I find that they work very well on my quite strong beard, as they enable me to work on stubborn areas of growth with no danger of cutting myself. Made sure I had a great lather from The Mondial, and had a very pleasant Shave, with a really good all round finish.

Cyril even sent me for free a newer batch. First use creamy lather, second one lighter almost foamy lather.

G, try next time loading a damp, squeezed out, near dry knot. Then drip water slowly into the knot as you build lather on your face. When you go slowly you’ll enjoy the destination that much more.
