I built a decent lather. Two passes and cleanup. The Van der Hagen blade was at the end of it life. I did a Clubman finish to a respectable Thursday shave.

First use of HeV soap and it performed excellent. 15th shave with Platinum in Overlander and it doesn't show any degradation in performance. Really interested to see how far it can go.

The shimmed PILS just works for me, i am as smooth as glass from 3 comfortable passes.
