Completed Soapy Science group buy

Not to mention that we rarely pour a soap at exactly 5oz :) — most of our soaps go out with 5.5 - 6.5 oz in the jar — we feel we should err on the side of generous with the amount of soap in each jar. :)

After discussing this over breakfast today we are so thrilled with the support and excitement around our soaps at ATG that we are changing the group buy offer as of right now (all orders up until now will see a refund to make you whole) we are going to offer a flat 10% off of your order. It is much simpler this way and the group buy participants will get an additional 3-4% in savings over what we originally planned.

I want to be clear - this will be a total of 10% off of your order - NOT an additional 10% off of the previously communicated group buy discounted prices -- the 10% off is a better deal and we feel that the support from this forum more than warrants this.

The new code is ATGSHAVING2018DEAL and this is the only code that will work moving forward until the group buy closes on 06/17.

Instead of refunding my money for the sake of a few pennies. I would rather that extra bit of my money go to one of your charities.

I hope Soapy Science makes a forune selling shaving soaps. Excellent way to fund college educations and donate to worthy charitable causes at the same time.

Group buys enable seller to lower costs with economices of scale and less admin costs. Group buy should not mean no profit to seller.

Ironically, this group buy was established to fix the phrase "shipping costs and fees are too high". After I develop a logical explanation for excluding from my No Buy 2018, I plan to order 2 soaps. I also live in the US.

Much appreciated gesture, but like the rest of the bunch says, please put this to good use with the charities, something for Hannah, or even for building up equity to invest in new oils etc.

We have quickly realized that pure and high quality essential oils that aren’t diluted or cut with cheap carrier oils are the most expensive part of making quality soaps. :).
