Yeah i can get some mild tingling with some of the stronger soaps but that one downright stings...

My elephant thick skin doesn't get irritated by soaps and creams. But there are two soaps I found that give me a slight burning sensation when I shave. The soaps are LPL Traditional and WCS Chypre.

Same thing here with A&E Undersea. Burning sensation with no visible irritation. It definitely must be the high fragrance content.
Once I conducted an experiment
and sprayed some Eau De Toilette on my face after shaving and I experienced the same burning sensation.
