Simpson Brushes Appreciation Thread

I believe the “London House” labeled brush is a Simpson. * shown along side a Simpson Case for size comparison. It has a similar design as my vintage “Wee Scot” shown below

I love the look of the knot on the London House brush, the tips look super soft. I don't think I have ever seen another of those brushes before.

Celebrating 100 years, Chubby 2 in Liquid Gold. My first chubby and I'm quite impressed with the density and splay of the knot.

Poor lighting today but here's a first lather. I need to make a gif to show the iridescence. It's beautiful.

It will make much more lather, much more easily with much less soap. Also the knot will "bloom"

I would like to have 2 band silvertip or manchurian Chubby 2 with Ebony handle..it looks gorgeous...

Its got a pretty decent knot for an original. I suspect it was a quality brush in its day.
