It's tough out there and I don't think Anthony and Nick could do anymore. As already mentioned, their customer service was outstanding. I've dealt with Anthony a number of times over the last few years and he was a true gentleman. He really couldn't do enough for you.
I only ordered from them a couple of days ago. I used all my bonus points PLUS the ATG discount code and add the free shipping into the mix...I struggle to see where they were making any profit. Maybe we are our own worse enemy?
I really hope they come back. I also hope they enjoy their break.

Sad really but with the obsession with American products in the Wet Shaving World becoming the UK Maggards is too difficult when Maggards already do such a great job of being Maggards. As I am a shaving tart the likes of Murkur, Prorasso, Cheap Simpson shedders and other less desirable products makes making a living over here difficult. Everytime you try to sell product you are up against 4-5 other vendors all offering the same inventory. Importing American stock can't really be worth it, let's face it, ordering from Maggards is cheap and only adds a few days on the delivery times of UK vendors. That said I hope they are back soon.

Anthony is a true gent. Shave Lounge were always my first port of call for any online purchase. I will certainly miss them. Hopefully whatever they choose to do next is successful and they can revisit the shaving shop idea at some other stage.

Judging by the sheer number of items which have been listed on their eBay outlet store I don't think they intend to return

Hmmm, it also looks like they might have some technical trouble, considering there's a code fragment dumped on the main page.
If a dev is trying to debug this on the server - maybe write it into a log file?
Or it could be someone purchased the website from the original owners.

All the image hosting, stock info, etc. should also be there for the site to be displayed in that state. It could be that everything in the background is still being paid for and the domain has been sold, more likely it's probably the existing owners
