2nd shave on this KAI, typically finding this to be my favourite blade of all (at least for these 2 first shaves) we shall see how it goes on this most expensive of blades

I left the soap to bloom.
I shook off all water from the brush.
I loaded the brush vigorously with soap and applied the cream lather to my face.
I reloaded the brush adding some water for a rich, dense lather .

2 Pass shave.
The Rockwell blade did not impress me much. It tends to pull some of the whiskers.

The sweet citrus, neroli scented soap complements the Covid season aftershave, Plague Doctor, that has a vanilla resemblance, although i don't think it has vanilla in it.

Overall a BBS shave.

The signature soap face lathered straight from the tin providing plenty of good stuff for the shave.
Following yesterday's same 2 Pass shave routine i achieved a very comfortable BBS Finish, the blade is still smooth and sharp.
Sitting in the cooling glow of a nice post shave routine.

Pleasant shave, blade and razor a nice combo and Palmolive always gives a nice super slick lather.. Now smelling nice and super smooth.

The rose essence sweetened the Turkish bath quality of the shaving cream very nicely, and the dense warmth of the aftershave finished things well.

yes, but first I want to try the standard plate a couple of days, to get a better feeling for it. But the hyper-aggressive one might be too much (for me)
