On a bright morning, I chose an extremely mild razor and a soap not only with an excellent performance, but also with an exceptional scent.
But of the good to treat which there I found,
I’ll speak of what I else discovered there..

Satisfied with the soap preparation done a few days ago, I repeated the operation: last night I repeated the operation: layed a quantity of water stoichiometrically calculated with an algorithm that took into account the temperature of the soap, of the water and the projections of temperature and pressure variations in the bathroom during the night.

This morning the surface of the soap was a pulp, so loading the brush was a sinecure: no calculation of rotations at suitable peripheral speed not to overheat bristles or soap!
The result was an immediate lather and adequately watery to allow an excellent shave.
Not only that, but for the first time, the scent of lavender overpowered that of rosemary, which was still very much present.
The scent of the Nordic soap is even better than I had perceived loading normally.

The only defect in this procedure (if we can talk defect) is the soap consumption, but acting wisely on the algorithm, it can be reduced significantly.
While it can be an excellent alibi to get new soaps in less biblical times!

Pre: hot towel to the face, proraso green preshave cream

Brush: yaqi 24mm purple haze

Soap: Tabac

Razor: yaqi katana

Blade: permasharp #2

Post: cold water rinse, Tabac ASL

Tabac Thursday :)
Second outing for the yaqi katana - very nice razor that really does deliver the results. Blade has been on its second use and I must say I’m quite impressed - it definitely got smoother since it’s first outing yet still sharp. With two passes I already was at dfs, went for third pass and ended up with DFS++ type of shave.

All that finished off with healthy dose of tabac asl that caused only a little sting. Skin is feeling great , smooth and refreshed.

Have a good day Gentlemen !
