Sun 8th March.

RazoRock Syn. 22mm
P & B Spitfire
TNNSER-3D, Black
Gem S/S [ 5 ]
P & B Spitfire A/S Splash.

Did a repeat TNNSER Shave today, to see if any difference between them. The Clear one used yesterday was from a commercial run, organised by Andreas aka riverrun who assembled and distributed them. The one used today being gifted to me by Arthur @Electrif whose clever son made it.
Shave wise I cannot feel any difference, both provide great Shaves up there with the best I get with my Favourites, though a bit more forgiving than a Streamline/ !924.If you can find a source of manufacture at reasonable cost, theTNNSER-3D is a must for those who like SEs that use a Gem Blade.

This soap is a new formula by Le Père Lucien with duck fat.
Is a good soap? Yes it is. Making a good Lather is easier for me than other Le Pere Lucien Soaps. There are several of good soaps... Yesterday I tried Zingari. Lather is great.
I really like this soap. 4th use today. Maybe I tried more than 100 soaps. I keep only fw in my bathroom : S Varesino felce / Mickey lee cape verde and pantie dropper / Savonnière du Moulin / C. Slater french vetiver / Zingari magician / TFS... floral scent. I need a bayrum. fitjar make a great soap.
More I use the drake's bayrum... more I think I have found my bayrum!

Today, as you can easily see from the wonderful photo that I deigned to publish, there is a bright sun in a clear sky that would have made certain fragrances absolutely unusable: so I was pleased to use a British classic.

And now I'm handsome and fragrant, with desperation of the female population from the province and the surrounding area who can't please their eyes with the sight of me.

Poor things...

Preshave:
Hot water rinse
Razor: Gillette Fatboy [E4] (7)
Blade: Gillette Nacet (1)
Brush: Golddachs Badger mini
Shaving Soap/Cream: Palmolive Stick (grated)
Aftershave Balm: Nivea 2 Phase
Aftershave: Speick AS

Quality lather from Palmolive soap, which never disappoints, was the prelude to a happy reunion with the Fatboy. A superb razor, the weight and balance best suit my fat fingers and it provided a welcome reminder of how a butter smooth shave should feel, especially after the grim experience of the MIL. It skated over the previous wound sites with no problem and restored my confidence.

I'm dolphin smooth, the finish marked 9/10.

Wishing you all a peaceful Sunday.

Regards,
Chris

With exception of last one these are the same I like (plus few more, ofc). I'm dreaming of a soap with the scent of Cape Verde in Zingari Sego base (or the new GD Kairos). Who knows, maybe one day ... until then, I'm mixing their unscented versions with MLS. Great combination!
