Depending on your computer operating system you could use a Unicode on-screen keyboard, but you'd be mad.
Copy and paste is the only way I do it. Luckily I don't have to type in my own username to log in here, I can use my email address instead :D:D

Sorry to leave you hanging @Dogsmro, yes all good :thumbsup:

Ok so I didn't want to change too much out, despite having lots of blade and soap samples to try now ...
So I palm stropped an Astra SS blade (first time doing that, and a scary prospect for a massage therapist!) 6x each edge. Popped it in the Stahly head, and ready to go. Except OMG there a lot of blade showing, and @Dogsmro had said he'd needed a different angle, the nerves were setting in!
I've taken on some of the advise from another thread so I'm now only shaving WTG and XTG and with tepid not hot water.
Lathered up the Wickham super smooth with the Simpsons T2, then it was blade on skin time.

It was amazing!
Now I know I have nothing else really to compare it to, and that's the beauty of the pass around - gaining more experience without shelling out - but it was awesome. I found the angle straight away. Cheeks and neck no issue (neck normally is). Gliding across the skin. I can feel the blade but there's no drag, and no irritation setting in. Next up the chin area. Same again, a little tricky in places, but I think that has more to do with the Merkur handle length and my big ol' hands than anything else. Tash, harder to get this right (but it's my first time with the head!!) so still a great result.

Overall, with the exception of a few spots, really efficient shave, nice and close without the irritation. I felt confident with the razor straight away, and felt I could have gone for an ATG without too much issue. Slightly sore around the base of the nose but that's all, so we're looking at a 500% improvement if not more.

Next I'll try swapping out some of the blades I was generously gifted, to see what impact that has, and see if I can get it any better. Watch this space.

So today's shave started out as a disaster - there are literally no other words.
I'll post a review of the suspect product later when I get a chance.
The shining star that pulled it through was the amazing Stahly head, now I'm getting used the angle it really is a dream to use.
@Andreas I might have try and persuade you to part with this fine piece of hardware :wink: Although I did notice someone on here managed to nab three Stahly's in a bulk razor purchase - lost that thread now - and that's just greedy! :giggle:
