I don't watch all his video's so I don't know the full story. With the combination of the weight loss, the shaved head and no glasses it's knocked years off him. 10 years at least.
Not interested in the GC though. From what I've read it would be too mild for me.

Is it 0.84? Any improvement would be good. Like I said before, the GC is not as inefficient as the Mamba but still needs a bit more for my liking.

It's not just that but he also said he limits carb intake and does weight training. All those bits add up.Just been watching his other videos, he fasts for 2-3 days a week
What I'm wondering is how much his caloric intake dropped, as he crams it into a 4 hour feeding window on fasting days.
More on topic, I wonder if there was going to be an OC version of Gamechanger.
