There are several different versions of God Save the King, so "knowing all of it" is a vague target. Typically only the first verse is sung on official occasions, so hearing it in its entirety is rare. Even the official Royal Family website doesn't have all of it.
So what? Patriotism in the UK is different to how it is in the US, it's a lot more private for one thing.

I had a house in Florida, one of perhaps 12 houses on a lakeside development and built from new with a flagpole. all the owners had the US flag on display.

There was a lot of fuss, including the main TV news, that this display of patriotism was being hijacked for political ends and the enthusiasm for displaying the English Flag softened considerably.
Not many homes have flag poles where I live and the national flag is generally flown at various government buildings, schools and so on. Make of that what you will.
There have been so many changes to the national anthem in my lifetime that I now stand to attention when it is played as I no longer know the words.
Constant displays of overt rabid nationalism bothers me greatly. A typical example of that would be what happened in Germany during the rise of Hitler to power and WWII that followed it.
Canadians can and do rise to the occasion when it is merited as when service personnel are returned to Canada from overseas.

I love Jerusalem, a great anthem. It should have replaced God Save the King as the English national anthem.
