Well it's not looking great, going on Weds & spoke to a chap in the resort who says nothing available. Surely, got to be something. Well I'll soon find out.

Right, this is what I've bought whilst in the small fishing village of Alvor. Appreciate the Palmolive isn't Portuguese. Dark wooden box made by a local & found in charity shop. Think I'll line it with felt & it seems a lovely fit for my Gillette FatBoy. Antiga Barbearia box is empty as the O Melhor cream came with it. So I now need to buy the cream to match the box

The only two Portuguese creams that I’ve used are Musgo Real Classic and Lavanda. The Musgo acts very funny on my skin in the sense that sometimes it gives me a bit of a burning sensation, and other times it feels cooling and comfortable. The Lavanda has a beautiful scent and it feels good on my skin.
Three good creams underrated... I like both scents and performance
