That's odd Toby.

Are you clicking the Attach Files box or going in from the Toolbar.

Perhaps you have an iPad and try to attach the same pic?

I am no techie, certainly not enough skills to offer advice.

The forum software is only configured to accept files upto 512KB in size

I've increased it to 2048KB, but the 512KB isn't something I'm aware of anyone recently changing.

I deliberately tried to load a very large image just to test and I copied the image and pasted directly in the text box, which works with a smaller image.

Has anyone tried resizing their pictures before uploading? 4032 x 3024 is really unnecessary for a forum post.

Thing is I’ve not had a problem with size before 🫣 and I’m not alone.
You can’t resize from iPhone in a straight forward way

I was under the impression the forum software resizes the pictures to a smaller size and lower quality automatically, hence why some people choose to post via photo hosting page links instead.
