That dark bronze finish is different to the bronze model you can buy right now isn’t it? It’s a very nice finish indeed from that insta post.

I thought James wouldn't do AB on hollow handles so maybe it's done differently? They expand with the heat and basically explode

Not sure why that would stop you trying the new one? I’ll be comparing old and new. I’m on the TSR list.

Either it’s the same as the one I have already, in which case I don’t want the new one, or he’s made it more aggressive, in which case I don’t want the new one.

It’s not that I don’t appreciate the offer, but as I have no interest in buying it I don’t really see the point in trying it out. Honestly since I got my Karve last year the only razor I’ve been even slightly interested in buying is the Drakkant.

Off the top of my head Bronze is an alloy so the colour could be just down to the composition, possibly a cheaper one?
With the premium models I’m pretty sure the darkening is down to something he does

I don't know exactly how it is achieved but the bronze is heat treated and that's why no hollow handles are offered. They literally exploded apart in testing.
