From the first use I've loved this razor. I've used it about 8 times and the only thing I don't like about it is the colour of the handle. The lightness and nimbleness make using it a joy and the results are superb: very comfortable and more than close enough with a Personna blade. I've yet to try it with a Chinese Schick but I'll try on of those in my own one (see pictures above).
I find the stiffer SE blades give a more even result than DE blades but I never found the two Schick SEs I've tried were aggressive enough to give a decent shave whereas the PAL nailed it.

Recently tried a Schick E and found it wanting, was recommended the PAL... I considered jumping on this pass around but cant be doing with another rabbit hole to fall down, especially with a Digress calling me with its siren call.

Perhaps but its out of the running anyway due to the fact it fell out the ugly tree and hit every branch on the way down
