You can't decide for the dog where it will poop.
My dog will conduct her business in our back garden or out on a walk, anytime anywhere. She's easy.
Some dogs are particular, especially about where they will not do it, i.e. their own garden.

Not really the neighborhood's problem. Let them defecate in the owner's yard at their leisure.

That’s funny because all the dogs do their business the yard across the street because their idea of walking the dog is to open the door.

At school, i used to help look after the animals sometimes and we kept a ferret.

The Bio teacher always made us wear a lab coat when handling the Ferret, on the basis that Ferret pee would ruin your school uniform for ever, with a foul smelling permanent stench that doesn't wash out.

why is it never ending issues with HMRC? Trying to access my personal tax account and its registered to an email Ive never had/ used (another case of identity theft??).
And then why does no one answer the phone? 10 mins of automated waffle and then 30 mins of waiting on hold (to no success)

The last time I called them I was on hold for over an hour to correct a mistake they had made.

There is no email address that you can use and surely it would not have been too much in the way of security to have a web form.

The head of HMRC was called in to parliament to explain why their service is so bad, he apologised but there is no sign of any improvement and an increasing use of assumptions by HMRC in what they think your income might be.

It’s bleeding well snowing. We’ve had an inch/2.5 cm in the last hour. Currently it’s -1C/30F, but tomorrow the forecast is 19C/67F! But, on the bright side it could be worse: Bob/R181 in Thunder Bay could get 20-30 cm/8-12 inches of snow.

I've been the victim of identity theft three times now : someone took out a benefits loan in my name (had to make repayments on that until CAB helped), twice I've had a business made in my name and now someone has created my online tax account in my name and even accessed it last night. Its kind of worrying to be honest

Have you seen the number of civil servants now compared to 10 years ago? Your post is inaccurate.

Looks as though your typing got garbled there. In any event, the civil service is about 40% up on pre pandemic numbers.
