Yeah the cap design is crap, it feels really cheap... There is a recess inside the top cap in which an o-ring would fit perfectly, might try it if I can find one.

I lost about 35-40% from each bottle. Jose Luis from yourshaving immediately offered a full refund or replacements, once the bottle issue had been fixed. I still had over one bottle in total, so said a one bottle refund was all that was needed. Customer service is excellent. I highly recommend.

I got mine from Shaving Station, not a drop lost thankfully.
