Longest lasting EDT?

Skip the Parfums and get the price down a bit.

So , what is the longest lasting EDT you have come across? I mean the scent, not the contents.

An unexpected one, Armani Acqua di Gio Profumo. Lasted 18+ hours on skin and 2+ weeks on clothing... Downside was I hated it

Edit: Oops that's an Eau de Parfum. Longest EdT on me so far would be Givenchy Gentleman, unfortunately smells more hippy than gent to my nose due to the offensively high patchouli content.

Tabac? Interesting. Used to have some of it but not sure if it was EDT or EDC. very good price at the mo for the latter on Amazon , large bottle. EDT stronger if I remember.

Yep EDT is stronger, with greater longevity.

Tabac EdC vs EdT are quite different scents to my nose, the Cologne is fresh and uplifting with a strong nod to 4711 in the top notes whilst the EdT is stuffy and cloying... Best suited to silver foxes such as Des Lynam and Phillip Schofield.

Also, contrary to Nishy's findings the longevity was about the same on them both but the EdT does project more. YMMV

I'm a silver fox who actually got accosted by a woman at Euston station thinking I was Philip Schofield . Believe me, I wouldn't touch Tabac in any shape or form with a barge pole.

Some scents were powerful beasts for me:

Thierry Mugler - Angel : you spray it on Monday, you smell till next Monday.

Joop - Homme : It is a Cinnamon Bomb.

JPG - Le Male

Armani - Black Code

Boucheron - Jaipur: What a wonderful beast, long lasting as hell.

Ted Lapidus Pour Homme, Hugo Boss number 1, Van Cleef and Arpels Pour Homme, Ralph Lauren Polo "Green" YSL Kouros, Dior Fahrenheit (vintage lasts even longer), Chanel Antaeus, and recently I found Jacques Bogart One Man Show "Oud edition" to last forever after 3 sprays.. oh and of course Tom Ford Tuscan Leather has to be in there even though it's a perfume..amazing scent strength and longevity!!!

Not all are created equal. You'll find some EdT which cost more than other EdP.

+1 for Boucheron Jaipur Homme. Very nice long-lasting scent.

@Nishy had a good suggestion with Encre Noire. If you want something a little brighter at the fore, Encre Noire Sport has a good opening and settles into the same base as regular EN.
As above, Angel Men lasts for days but is sickly sweet. Perhaps look at Mugler Pure Havane or Pure Malt for something a little 'different'.
Joop is a classic in terms of nuclear projection above it's price. Same goes for the Bogart fragrances.

I recently sent @jonmaddock some Carven L'Eau Intense. For the price, that's got some great legs and a good smell to boot.
