Not all are created equal. You'll find some EdT which cost more than other EdP.

+1 for Boucheron Jaipur Homme. Very nice long-lasting scent.

@Nishy had a good suggestion with Encre Noire. If you want something a little brighter at the fore, Encre Noire Sport has a good opening and settles into the same base as regular EN.
As above, Angel Men lasts for days but is sickly sweet. Perhaps look at Mugler Pure Havane or Pure Malt for something a little 'different'.
Joop is a classic in terms of nuclear projection above it's price. Same goes for the Bogart fragrances.

I recently sent @jonmaddock some Carven L'Eau Intense. For the price, that's got some great legs and a good smell to boot.

I'm merely an apprentice. There are some with far greater knowledge than I!

NB: Vintage EdT and Cologne tend to perform reasonably well, but come at increased price (usually). They can also be fairly unisex whilst marketed at women, e.g. Mitsouko.

I really like it, it's a great scent, especially for the price. As long as you don't over spray it.

Yes of course it has definite similarities to both Christian Dior " Leather Oud" and Floris "Leather Oud" . It's sweet, smokey and leathery with patchouli notes dominant.

Maybe the Hugo Boss Bottled, but this scent is bringing me headaches.

And... I cannot wear it anymore, because my father who used to wear it, passed away 5 years ago, so... It is a bit difficult for me.

Off topic: I wish I could show him my current equipment, he would be mad at me. He had only one cream and one razor and a cheap brush.
