The Spangle Maker
Whaaaaaat?

I remember seeing Andy Weatherall DJing a breakbeat acid techno set in Turnmills during the late 90s...that it has stuck in my mind must say something for how good that set was, although the fact that can remember anything at all from the late 90s is a small miracle!
Every set was a musical journey, great Dj, producer and artist, a great loss,he left behind a vast body of work to inspire future generations.

I am a massive Hellraiser fan and this paperback is a collection of short stories based around the Hellraiser World, there is more to Hellraiser than The Hell Priest or as he ius known to the uninitiated Pinhead. In Clive Barkers hell there are many many Cenobites and evil doers getting their comeuppence. Some of the stories are a little predictable but many more are not and there are some good reads in this if it is your cup of Horror.

I loved Weaveworld and The Books of the Art. I read them all a few times and may have to do Weaveworld again.

I'm currently on book 4 of "The Long Earth" series by Terry Pratchett & Stephen Baxter. I decided a while ago to work my way through the works of said Mr. Pratchett, and while they aren't his best work (YMMV), I must say I've enjoyed them so far.

Enjoying this, even though I struggled to remember all of the many characters/gods mentioned in the beginning chapters.
