Mine arrived today. It seems well constructed but the finish is not a high polish. Looks like a decent bit of kit. Nice long head that encloses the ends of the blade, and quite a bit of exposed blade.
The shave was not the best, but then I didn't follow my usual routine. I was in a rush and had showered at work so didn't have my normal preshave shower, plus I had 2 days growth which is unusual for me. I used a bic blade which is not a preferred blade but I've been using in the Karve and it seemed ok.
Smooth is not a word I would use, it was tuggy and a lot of blade feel, like I was scraping the top layer of skin off. Reminded me of the PAA Alpha Ecliptic Slant Razor which was a right face peeler. I did my usual 2 passes and had a couple of weepers. However it was a very close smooth shave, closer than the same blade in the Karve with the same 2 passes.
I used a splash after and it wasn't as tingly as I expected so maybe it wasn't as bad as I thought. I'm going to try again tomorrow with a preferred blade, maybe a Nacet or PSI and have my normal pre shave shower.

I was told by the owner(Chris is it?) that a friend of his got caught with imaginative declarations and now has his shipments marked for additional attention. He told me he could not risk it.
Agreed. It is illegal for the sender to make false customs declarations and not really fair to complain about the ones who won’t do it.
