Gin!?!

I recently found a Gin producer that is based close to where I live. Hoping I can blag a tour. Steampunk Gin

Not only is good quality tonic essential - it must be fresh. Unless you're hosting a party buy small bottles. If you don't like G&T after trying it with quality Gin and quality Tonic and playing with the ratios, then there are worst things in life than sticking with whisky

I love a Hendricks gin with Fever-tree Elderflower tonic water

Big fan of Negroni here. Gin, Campari and Sweet Vermouth in 1:1:1 ratio. Stir in mixing glass to cool and dilute a bit, strain and pour over a large ice cube in an Old Fashioned glass. Garnish with orange zest after expressing oils over drink.

Monkey 47 with fever tree or fentimans tonic takes some beating.

Anyone tried Opihr Spiced Gin ? Any good ? Went in to Tesco and the self service till spat out a voucher for £3.50 off a bottle.

Beautiful day...sunny but chilly. This Negroni hits the spot. I am always amazed that this drink is so much more than it's component parts.
