Ha! My wife prefers it to Pinaud special reserve and classic vanilla..

But that's not saying much! On a plus it doesn't hang around for long:giggle:

Regrettably I've never been subject to attention from a surfeit of foxy ladies.

Come to think of it the other sort of foxes haven't paid much attention either.

Are they trying to tell me something?

First use,
I like it! It has a definite whiff of Old Spice. Nothing at all unpleasant. Lovely on the skin, toned, and moisturised. Very similar to P&Bs Post Shave Tonic.
I will be using it until it is empty.

I can see I'll get confused here as I've posted about this stuff both here and at TSR...so forgive any disjointification.

This morning I said over there.....'Arrived today and has already been applied...and I'm still able to string a sentence together and my face is still essentially intact! Early days, but at the moment the outlook for this stuff is promising !!!!'

And having been out for a couple of hours..and just got home...I felt the need to top up with the gear.

I absolutely think the name Stinging Cat's Piss needs to be removed from the discussion. Seriously. It doesn't sting and it doesn't smell anything like cat's piss (and I have two cats).

I suppose I can only speak of my own findings, but it doesn't irritate or offend my epidermis at all. It offers a lovely warming sensation for a while...but that does wear off. The smell doesn't last forever ...which is a shame as it's an eminently pleasant and refreshing scent.

A better test will be when it's used straight after a shave - and I very much look forward to that and will report back. But again I say the work and effort that will have gone into this potion is well justified as we speak.

On the grounds of equality I'll duplicate my pointless ramblings on TSR as well.

I received mine today (Thanks Greg!) and totally agree with the above. I have no cats but it smells wonderful. I splashed a bit on and no stinging at all.
I plan to use this in the morning.

Also received and agree with all comments. The scent is great and no adverse effects after application. Will be using as an A/S on Xmas eve.

Thanks Greg, you underestimate how good it really is.

Ok, I probably shouldn't have trusted the opinions of two 20 yr old lads who cartridge shave.. I thought it was ok..

Thanks for the honest opinions gents! I won't tip the next batch I've got brewing away now.:oops:

Greg @Bigboar - No. 4 Bay Rum gratefully received; and what a generous size it is too. To echo what's been said above, there's absolutely nothing wrong with the scent - it's nice and, well, 'bay rummy'. Will try it out in anger tomorrow :happy:
