I stopped looking at this thread after 2 posts as i thought it wasnt relevant to me..... Took some catching up! Lol. Glad I did or i would have missed the opportunity to help! Will contribute in a moment.

One thing that crossed my mind though (as a business owner who saw my accountant last week)........ @Nishy ..... Its none of my business as I don't know how you are setting things up, but making assumptions on the PayPal address you are using, I would set up a new paypal account to keep this money separate from any other business or personal accounts. I want to add THIS IS NOTHING TO DO WITH TRUST, we have had many interactions over the years and this is not in doubt. It could just add a level of complexity to your own private finances that personally I wouldn't want. Please forgive me if I am being patronising or sticking my neck in where its not wanted/needed, but I know this sort of things a damn pain for me. :)
Your right Matt, totally understood, I have set up a new account for all ATG last week so that it is easier to manage too.

In the interests of clarity I think you need to state what's the dedicated ATG PayPal account and remove references to any others which have been used as a stopgap

The MR2 forum I'm part of also ask members to consider adding a couple of quid on to the sale price of parts etc. "for the club". If that became part of the ATG way of doing things on BST, then you'd never need to ask for a donation again.

Why not just donate? I’m sure it will be appreciated, we seem to have it covered Shane. I believe the way this forum was formed makes it special and personal to a lot of the original members.
I’m happy to donate, but a properly planned vendor payment system would eliminate the need for anyone to donate ever again.

I was going to suggest this myself @Uncle Bertie but as said, selling for some unknown reason is really difficult at the moment (well for around the last 6 months) when BST picks up it could work well.
