I'm with Wayne on this one, what's not needed should be saved untill it is. P.

I also agree with Wayne in keeping the extra money as what is sometimes called a sinking fund. Create a second paypal before next year to allow the funds to sit in without getting confused

The long and the short of it is without donations from the members the lights may go off! We need more bandwidth to keep things going as they are now.
