It’s about the same €351 vs previously €349 at least for the Horizon head only, prices may differ below a €200 value order I believe.I agree the new pricing regime is better in that it’s an all inclusive price but stating that delivery was free above €200 was not correct.
Free means without cost or payment and in the new regime it meant a charge for delivery may not have appeared on the tally but it had been factored into the price. So pre change cost to me inclusive of vat and delivery charge was €349 now with “free delivery” it was €351?. So one would think getting something free would mean the price would be lower!
The vat amount for Ireland hasn’t changed and AD didn’t advise any price increases so the only thing to assume was delivery wasn’t free it had merely been included within the total price Just was no longer specified. This was merely my point.

The shipping is the part I am confused on. If it's shipping included on parts over 200EURO, then is the shipping price added onto each part? So if you bought say two razor heads, two baseplates, it sort of seems to me that you'd be paying extra for shipping if it's factored into the cost of each part, so does that mean each part has shipping added into the price? Whereas under the old system, you just pay a single shipping price of 45 EURO regardless if you order 1 or 4 items. Am I not correct on that? I don't know, maybe I need the old prices of 3-4 times so I can see if there is much difference/see the differences more clearly.
How much VAT/TAX do you guys pay in the US and EU?
Thanks for the recommendation, but I liked the idea of an adjustable so that way you don't have to worry about multiple base plates.
I think it's still going to cost more than it did before even with a BF type discount. I don't know, I could be wrong. I only just saw the prices a couple of days ago, so still trying to figure it out.

Anyway, just want to be clear here too. Augustin's craftmanship is top, top tier. Definitely not questioning that. He's also a super great person and has always been amazingly helpful any time I've asked for something, and always goes above and beyond. Just want to make sure no one takes that the wrong way. I'm Just trying to get my head around these new prices. These new prices have thrown me for a loop. I sort of need some of the old prices so I can compare the difference/s.
What would the price difference be, for example, if you bought two Horizon heads before the pricing system change compared to now? The amount for VAT/TAX also hasn't changed where I am.

This probably isn‘t the best place to discuss this, but just last week I was looking at the Le Maurice on the AD site. Obviously taking into account the taxes, shipping etc, the price for this model has actually increased significantly.
consider this:
1/ Horizon head (head only), SS Machine finish: 270 EUR in July 2025 - VAT and shipping to be added (for my area: 65 VAT, 15 shipping = + 80 EUR => 350 EUR.
2/ Horizon head (head only), SS Machine finish: 351 EUR now - VAT included and no shipping at checkout added = 351 EUR.
Price increase: 1 EUR.
The shipping is added at checkout, so if you fill up your cart for over 200 EUR, you pay no shipping on the one parcel that will be sent (with or without multiple things inside).
If you buy for more than 200 EUR, I think you still get a very good deal.

Sorry if any of my questions took it off topic, but I did think it's relevant as I was trying to get my head around this new pricing system, so that is why I asked here. I wanted to clear it up if there is any confusion (for all customers, not just for me). I thought maybe it does work out the same or very similar and I wasn't fully understanding it. I also just wanted the old pricing so I could compare. I feel it's gone up for certain countries and works out similar for others, but again, not sure due to not having access to all the old pricing.
