Anyone tried not using shampoo?

As already mentioned, shampoo bars are great. No chemicals, and no more expensive than using bottled stuff.

I get Funky soap via Ebay. £2.80 delivered for a bar which last 6 weeks.

I didn’t have any scalp issues or hair issues, but the chemicals in shampoos are known to cause scalp issues, in particular SLS. I can certainly tell a positive difference in my hair.

I started this thread back in February and I am still not using shampoo. I use conditioner about once a week and that seems to do fine. My hair feels great.

Liggets shampoo bar 1-2 times a week, the old mop is much happier for it.
