1) Derby Premium Blades
I don't like the 'normal' Derby blades, but I heard that these are totally different, so I will give them a try. At the moment Voskhods are my absolute favorites in almost all DE razors, but who knows.

2) Ikon El Jefe with SE Handle
G&C received some of the blem heads, so I thought I will try one. Looks great with the SE Handle.

3) Timeless Razor
What a gorgeous razor. It looks really beautiful. Now I have to see if it also shaves well.
It's a scalloped head with 0,68 blade gap and the barber pole handle.

You can bend the tin just by looking at it. It is that thin. This is your best bet to try and mimic Uri Geller :D
The scent is very nice, absolutely no regrets here. If the soap lathers and performs like Manna di Sicilia, and there is no reason why it shouldn't, I will be very happy :)

Save the tin. They always look nice in SOTD photos. I grated mine into a container. Great soap the SV's

I already owned the short handled chrome but I picked up a long handled black Gillette Slim Adjustable. Both in excellent condition.

Can anyone please explain other than the slimmer handle how these differ to the Fatboy?

I don't know about that mate, it's buying almost blind when you have no knowledge and a couple of photo's to go on. I picked up a lot of 7 today for roughly £15 a razor, look like dogs tbh but there's a Hoshitombo 8000 in it, for £15 it's worth the gamble to me to see if it can be salvaged into something decent looking and shaveable. If nothing else I'll buy a couple of stones and venture into the world of honing and use them to cut my teeth on.

That puts you up to 15, tut tut :p: sounds like great fun to me! We are lucky to have a few very knowledgeable chaps on SRs here on ATG, they've helped me out plenty!

Most significantly, they shave differently due to revised head geometries. In short, the Fatboy has a more arched 'dome'. The Slim Adjustable was always my favourite of the three.
