This is my new 3d printed Gem style SE razor design. I took a different approach with this one. By making use of layer strength orientation, the flat threaded post seems to hold up very well and keeps the blade very secure. I included 3 plates with different levels of aggression. The files are available for download on Thingiverse.

Just thought I share my latest project. This is an enders style razor design that uses GEM blades. Once assembled, it is a one piece razor just like the enders speed razor with no moving parts. I kept switching between several SE blades and nothing was coming together. I then started playing around with names and almost settled with ENDJECTOR but I was having a tough time designing around a small blade, so, ENDGEM SPEED it is. I haven't done any test prints so, it's nowhere near final. Each color handle will represent a different level of blade exposure (green=mild, yellow=normal, red=agressive).

A very kind person (Thanks, Roger) sent me a Triceratops and that "GEM Safety Razor for Resin Printing"
Very nice print resolution.
I have tried the "Razor for Resin Printing" and it's a really nice design.
The blade holding mechanism is very clever, the blade just snaps in at the top of the razor.
Due to it being a capless design you can go as shallow as you like.
I had a very enjoyable, mild and thorough shave. I'm impressed.
Some flamboyant pictures:

The one on the right looks more like a fancy blade holder. In my head I believe it works. In my heart, the idea of shaving without a top cap scares the bejesus out of me. I'd love to see a YouTube video of someone shaving with it.

This is my final design version of the 3d printed Enders Speed style razor for GEM blades "ENDGEM SPEED". I streamlined the head a little more and removed the color-band on the handle for easier printing. I also changed the cap design for easier blade loading. This is my new favorite. I'm sure it has room for improvement, but if I change anything, it might be the size of the handle. I traced a profile drawing of the enders handle from a patent link on @sɐǝɹpu∀ razors.click site, so, I could be off a little on the over-all size. The files are available for download on Thingiverse.

Looking good.
I'd tell you the size of the original handle, but my Enders is in the UK and I'm not...
But my 3D files for the TNNSER handle claim:
total_handle_length = 85;
handle_width = 11;
handle_thickness = 14;
in mm.
At first sight, your handle looks a bit short.

Thanks for the info, @sɐǝɹpu∀. Coincidently, the width is spot-on with yours at 11mm. I did flatten the top of the handle parallel with the side grooves so I can print it up-side-down and retain the detail. But I also increased the angle of the blade which brought the razor back to average length.

This is how I approach the over-all size for designs. It's just the average length of some of my SEs.

^^ still have not got hold of 'em.
I am told they are not perfect.
Reason being that the resin was reportedly 'dripping' and also 'exhibiting imperfections'.

Now I thought these were of wood PLA and then sealed.
Anyhow, once I pick up mine and find out what is what, I will report further.

SE la vie
It's well known that I'm a big fan of Roger Quintero's 3D razor designs. When I posted a picture of my GEM adjustable printed by a printing service Roger pointed out to me that the razor head had been printed in the incorrect orientation which I hadn't noticed. During our PM, I mentioned that his Triceratops razor was becoming a favourite of mine and the resin version with the ornate handle was absolutely stunning.
A couple of days ago the razors below arrived from Roger:
Not only an ornate resin Triceratops, but full ENDGEM SPEED set, the GEM adjustable with 3 plates, another unique GEM style razor, plus Roger's take on the Rocnel SE-P.

This generosity has totally humbled me. Roger, you're a star.
I'll be shaving with the №1 ENDGEM SPEED later today.
