I ordered 100 m5 white washers with 5mm inner diameter, 1mm thick and 100mm outer diameter. No more threading and screwing problems.

If you want, order from him, he has a very good customer service, he even thanked me for my 0.85 euros order!! Damn! @CobraX and @TheChrisC my friends if you don't have any washers, get some, I was thinking when I get them and check them to order 500 of them in black.

Never had any problems with that. Just don't overtighten your handle and make sure your head and handle are the same material. My Karve came with a washer, but the maintenance card said it was only used to prevent damage during transport.

Nor me, I have a couple of three-piece Gillettes that are almost a century old and they’re just fine never having had a washer.

It was my go-to razor for a long time. Just treat it with respect (no pressure, shallow angle) and you’ll be fine. There’s a lot of blade feel, but no need to be scared of it. I’ve always found its reputation greatly exaggerated. I’ve cut myself more often with milder razors. Very efficient razor by the way.
