Only about three shaves and the smell is gone.Unbleached stinks to high heaven, and that for a very long time. But, I think I prefer it for the massage feel and I get the feeling that it stops hogging lather alot sooner.
Normally Iād agree with your point. My favorite unbleached knot is on a zenith brush. Itās beautifully broken in, deep splits for soft tips and great backbone.
