Now the one I wish I still had was a '69 Mustang GT Coupe. 302, 3 on the floor.
Basically lile this one but had a.Starsky amd Hutch type black stripe. Never seen another exactly like it, before or since.

One feature I loved was it had turn light imdicators in the back of the hood scoop. Man I loved that car!

I don't know about being the ugliest car ever made by man, but it certainly has a cachet all its own.

At the time it was, "WHOA! Look at that hideous thing!" All.these years latrr it has changed to "WOW! Look at that crazy looking, cool old thing!"

Not my first car but I regret getting rid of it. It was a 1978 2000 gt Toyota Celica like this. They used to call them the Japanese Mustang.View attachment 146

This dock hag I now gleefully call "ex" had one of those, only hers was an ST. I wished it was a GT but still a cool car, 18R,...(20R?) 4 speed, fun to drive. She got it from another ex who managed to dodge a bullet. Poor love-child probably gnawed off the paw holding the title and keys trying to escape.
We used to take road trips about 2-3 hrs. south to visit the demons from whence she spawned. The rest of the trip was scenes straight out of The Omen series but I remember the drive being enjoyable. Fun to get that little thing out on the highway. Good riddance to that fish wife but I wouldn't have minded keeping the car. It wound up with the junk man not long after I wriggled loose just like I knew it would. I was the one who kept it alive for the wretched ingrate. Pity that.

I bet I have everyone beat in the ugly car department. 1962 plymouth Valiant, 170 CID slant 6, 3 on the tree. Ugliest car ever made by man

You could take heart by remembering that the Valiant led to the Barracuda.

Had a '78 Pontiac Trans Am with a 400 Pontiac engine. This was quick and sounded good. Had a chick crossing the street come over to check out the car and chat. She hopped in and the rest is history
