Your best bang for the buck?

Hi gents,

a question: What is your best bang for the buck razor? Or razors?

Me first:
Mingshi 2000s (I also own the Futur and can confirm the Mingshi 2000s as a Futur clone is a good razor), I got it for around 6$
Gem Junior 1912 with bakelite fat handle, got it in the bay for around 8$
FaTip Piccolo - also a nice razor for less than 20 €.

And all three give me quite nice shaves and I'm still happy to use them in my rotation

As a generic readily available product the Fatip would be my choice. The EJ89 Barley Chatsworth would be my second choice.

Rockwell 6C. Outstanding shave for very little money...

Rockwell 2C or EJ DE89 are great razors for not a lot of money compared to some.

The Dorco PL602 is unbelievably good value for money.

I have one and - whilst it is plastic - it does hold up pretty well to sustained use.

Good question..I supposed I would say a Gillette Tech or a EJ89 but just to give a different suggestion..the Lord L5 (Tech clone head) and L6 (Classic style head) can be had for under £10. While the finish of the razor is not up to the EJ89 the shave definitely is.

Merkur 34C. I have razors from $1.67 to $300, and this is still my favorite. Goes for 36GBP over at connaught, but I think I paid a lot less than that.

I second this - works well, much better than the Wilkinson sword classic

Gillette Fatboy. I paid $35.00 including shipping a number of years ago. I have a half a dozen other Gillette razors and a lone Schick Krona. The Fatboy continues to be my favorite razor.
