Sorry to hear this, fragrance seems to behave differently in the soap base compared to the balm. I think this is in part due to the lather taking on less fragrance than the balm. I will revise the amount of scent that is in this group buy balm so I can make sure that it's suitable for all.

I had a little tingle from that particular balm too. I think it must have been a particular ingredient in the Shangri La scent as I had no trouble with my Shamrock Tweed balm. Strangely enough I don't have any issues with the Shangri La soap.

Exactly the same for me as well (burning.sensation) ..but only the Shangri La Balm..the soap as all of Darron's others have been great!

It’s just a bit too big for me - I’m I big lover of the design and everything about it tbh - it’s just a bit too big for me - I’d have bought both knots probably if it was a bit smaller - stunning brush though and a decision I’ll probs regret

The balm might burn a bit if I have a bad shave but after a few seconds it turns to make the face totally matte and smooth!

I got a notification last night from Wickhams that my order is complete (just a brush in my case). Does that mean it's in the post?

Unfortunately not, it just means the order has been confirmed. The brushes will start being shipped from the 5th May with tracking details sent to the email used in your order. I want to ensure its clear that its from the 5th and not all on the 5th. The numbers ordered means there will be various batches sent out in the weeks following the 5th
