Damn Jamie, Randy always plays near 80-84.

When stressed, easily 110 pulse rate
I never know what is good or bad in blood pressure, mother has a blood pressure of under 80 and the doc is concerned, mine is about 125 when resting, I thought that was ok but to check I looked it up, middle column Systolic, right column diastolic

LowLess than 90Less than 60
OptimalLess than 120Less than 80
Normal120–12980–84
Normal to high130–13985–89
HighGreater than 140Greater than 90

If you guys are over 60 then 133/69 mm Hg would be average, not sure if average is the same as normal, maybe.

Mine runs normal high to high. But according to GP with in the expected range for me bearing in mind I have A Fib, and on meds to help control that. My diastolic is the one that can run a little high at times still.

BPM again controlled by them meds can be 56-62 at rest. When I first started the meds it would go as low as 52.

I get fluttering most days and apparently have a murmur as well as a tiny regurgitation though one of my valves. Sounds awful but I’m ok, I know when to relax and what to do if I feel the flutters.

I gave up all booze in 2019, wasn't a big drinker even then.

A year ago I had some health problems and was admitted, the docs told me that stopping drinking saved my life.

I know I will get shouted at but try to take it easy.
I don’t drink much, just the occasional one and it stops at one. I have learnt to take it easier and Mrs Saint does check on me and I get the odd raised eyebrow or “take it easy”. I find it hard sometimes taking things easier, I feel the need to be doing something. I’m also on sertraline for anxiety, it helps, but not a 100% cure all.

just the funny part of this story... when we were in a er/hospital and rehab center for 2 months... the doctor or whoever at the hospital put down on the paperwork that we drank too much and it's why we ended up in the er... we have never had alcohol...

Two of my friends share the same first name, Alan, they are both in denial about their drinking and I don't know why, I don't care how much they drink, I leave them to it and walk away when they have have had too much, I don't need that.

Funnily enough they both have a similar line.

M: Did you have a drink last night Alan.

A: No, nothing.

M: Really, nothing?

A: Well four, same as nothing.

Just sold some surplus model railway stock to a fellow modeller; he used to be my dustman until the rounds were changed.

I’m happy it’s gone to a good home and he’s happy to have locos and wagons for his new layout.

A pleasing outcome all round.
