Please explain. :geek:
Ok so as you may have picked up from @p.b already... Octopus 🐙 is the name of my electric supplier. Each month on their app they have a game called 'Spin the Wheel' to win the princely total of a potential £512 of electricity to credit to your account. You get two spins each month and in the history of time all I have ever won is £0 repeatedly. I thought it was a total fix until today hurrah! 😍 😍

Hope that helps

A 13 year old grandson came in 7th out of 114 for a cross country race yesterday with a time of 12:48. He is primarily a soccer player. Maintaining a 6:20 pace is remarkable for someone who just decided to start running.

I began to run long distance as a 20 something and eventually ran 10K's, half and one full marathon. I was a sprinter in HS and a quarter miler (400 meter today). My two eldest ran and now the one grandchild.

That's fantastic. He sounds a bit like an all round athlete from what you've mentioned. Great fitness levels to have 👍

Amazing!

I went to a small school and thought I was a rockstar with a 21 minute cross-country time. My dreams of greatness were shattered when I switched to a large school for my junior/senior years.

That is truly an amazing time though, 12:48, from what I can remember. He’s very young to be so talented!
