Thank you. Interesting, I wouldn't normally be drawn to floral scents but may add that to the ever expanding list.

Posted this on another site, but consider this a public service message: Never, ever begin your shave without insuring that your 3 piece razor is fully tightened down. Mine was not and I achieved a large, sushi-grade skin graft on the first stroke. Styptic was useless. Had to break out the heavy duty WoundSeal. Lesson learned.

Empty words, really. There's always something else to chase and the rest of my top tier - namely Martin de Candre, Castle Forbes and Cella - are every bit as good. But I've been disappointed by some highly-acclaimed soaps in recent times, leaving me fairly jaded with what's out there.

I'm luvin' shavedash at the moment. I much rather "waste" £20 a month on samples from shavedash than drop £20 on one soap to discover it is over rated shite!

Old Spice is a superb aftershave. Vintage, especially so.

Well, it was a Merkur 38, but not the fault of razor or the blade. Just me, not paying attention.

The Wolfman WR1- OC with the standard gap is a great everyday shaver.

When using the R41, a Shark Stainless blade is better than an Astra Superior Stainless. Smoother and sharper.

I was reminded what an excellent razor the Gillette Slim really is. I don't need another razor but I'll always want more.
