Could it be the oldest person at the time to feature in a chart topper, that old lady on the piano. Think it was the mother in law of their manager or something.This was about the same time as a song, cannot remember the group but had the lyric, In the summertime,you got women on your mind,

My neighbours have been listening to some sort of African beats in their garden with a few people there for a few hours now, and they're occasionally trying to sing/rap/yell along. In the room I'm in, I can hear it at about the volume I'd be listening to my own speakers. But I have to have the (triple glazed) windows closed, otherwise it's much louder. I'm wearing in-ear headphones just to muffle it.
I wouldn't mind the music, were it at about a quarter of the current volume. The sing-alongs and yelps do get annoying, because they're even louder than the music.
It just makes me rather cranky now, because I was also hoping for a chill afternoon on my own terms.
