I can't blame you for buying the RR Lupo 95. I had one and liked it very much until I ordered the OC base plate for it. The RR Lupo 95 OC is the only razor I have been using for quite a while now and see no need to try others in my collection of DEs except for a bit of variety now and then. I like the OC version enough that I bought another complete Lupo 95 OC as a spare. I'd suggest buying an OC base plate to compare the two versions as you never know you may like it even more.

While I sold one of my razors and bought another one in March, I have been going steady since then, but strictly it is not a non-purchase year anymore.

The acquired Lupo 95 is quickly becoming one of my favourites I must admit!

They probably will send the import duties to the UK Customs people and have included that and a service charge for having to do that in the price. That sort of nonsense did not happen before Brexit.
