We have plenty of travel programs especially the Mediterranean countries, many of them are excellent, but I cannot recall many if any, that deal with travelling across Canada and looking at the history, the scenery and the people, I have only seen the first episode but enjoyed it very much.

Eta Also shown on BBC First in Canada
Glad you are enjoying the program. I have had the privilege of travailing by car to both our coasts on several occasions and as far north as Whitehorse in the Yukon once. There has always been something new and interesting for me to see and learn on those trips. I hope you get a chance to visit here some day and see for yourself how it is.

Just watched the first episode of The Indian Doctor that we are receiving over here. Appears it is from season two episode three. Really enjoyed it and it reminded me of what is happening today with Covid.

McDonald and Dodds

My parents said they liked it, so I gave it a go and it's been fun so far.

Watching YouTube on TV, so I am hoping this counts.

The particular channel is Lin Guoer who is a young Chinese woman working in an agricultural area in China restoring old and broken industrial machinery on her own, her skills are on another level such as the rewinding of a large electrical motor or complete manufacturing from scratch of a new water pump for the village.

Sorry cannot post a link

That sounds interesting, will have a look.

Edit - The video I watched said that it has subtitles, and it does, but they are also Chinese.

She seems to be on a few channels, try Linguoer-mechanic

Subtitles are definitely in English, not so much a translation of what is being said but more of a description of what she is doing.

Just watched one called Genius Girl repairs an irreparable Diesel engine for the contractor, amazing skills in someone so young.

Dukes of Hazzard

the original with the original (and best) Daisy Duke. Watching it now I realise just how terrible it was but it had cars with loud engines and Catherine Bach who did things to a prepubescent me that I just didn’t understand at the time❤
