My next trip to Montana next September is going to be nothing but Chicken-Fried Steak, Home fries, Country gravy, buttermilk biscuits and sausage gravy, hash browns, Mexican food with frozen Margaritas , and jalapeño black-eyed beans. Two weeks without the ubiquitous English pies.Cool flavors too!

Although I lived in Texas for 10 years I never was able to get my mind let alone pallet around chicken-fried steak, white gravy, etc.; a heart attack on a plate. Give me good old bangers and mash, baked beans on toast, or steak and kidney pie any day.
