Timeless 0.95 question

With the timeless I found the handle made a massive difference. The pineapple made it quite aggressive.

It sure is a heavy razor with the stock handles - too heavy for me. I put the Timeless handles straight back in the box and use titanium handles at around 50g. The razor balances much better and you have more fine control. I went from the .95 OC to the Bronze OC .78 - more blade feel and cuts closer. With a titanium handle it's 97g and that's quite heavy enough.

Gillette Silver Blue is a nice blade for the Bronze - very smooth but still sharp.

@Nishy my rotation is usually among the Vector (love its mildness with Schick blades, would prefer a bit more aggressiveness but when trying Super Pros it was a disaster), Sabre Level Two and ATT SE1 (the latter more seldomly, sometimes gives me some irritations). When I have time I also reach the Feather DX (completely other league but I enjoy it). I know, no DE in my rotation but perhaps Timeless could change that (and the Pils I'm waiting ). The Parket 24c OC is another razor I enjoy very much (mild but I'd prefer a bit more efficient).

On the other hand I love the efficiency of R41 and Rocca but found them too aggressive for me.

Generally, I think I am searching the sweet spot between mildness and efficiency. With the SEs I have I'm spot on mildness and tiny lacking on efficiency. If I could retain the mildness with a tad more aggressiveness it would be ideal.

You need the PILS my friend. The Blackland Sabre Lv2 and the PILS have a similar feel and efficiency. The Timeless has a little more blade feel than the Sabre IMO. The matt finish of the titanium Timeless isn't as smooth on the face as the polished stainless steel, but not a huge difference.
